1. Reservations and Bookings

  • A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email or other agreed communication channels.

  • Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.

  • A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Check-in:

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.

  • Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the booking confirmation at check-in.

2.2 Check-out:

  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

  • Late check-out requests must be approved by hotel management and may incur additional charges.


3. Guest Conduct

3.1 General Conduct:

  • Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

3.2 Noise and Disturbance:

  • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.


4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

5. Liability and Safety

5.1 Guest Belongings:

  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings unless secured in a hotel-provided safe.

  • Guests are expected to comply with all safety instructions and procedures.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Violations may incur cleaning fees.

5.3 Force Majeure:

  • The hotel is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
