Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Little Panda, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while accommodating the needs of both our guests and our operations. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Standard Reservations

1.1 Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will not incur any charges.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay.

1.2 No-Show Policy:

  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged for the full duration of the first night’s stay.


2. Non-Refundable Reservations

Reservations marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for cancellation or modification. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded under any circumstances.


3. Group Bookings (3 or More Rooms)

3.1 Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will not incur any charges.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

3.2 No-Show Policy:

  • Groups failing to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.


4. Early Departures

Guests who choose to check out before the end of their reservation period will be charged for the full duration of the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by hotel management.


5. Exceptions

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, serious illness, or other emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of hotel management. Documentation may be required to support such claims.


6. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.


7. Modifications

Requests to modify a reservation (e.g., change dates) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Modification policies for non-refundable reservations follow the same terms as cancellations.
